635/400НМ UZUNLIKDAGI LAZERLAR TA’SIRIDA CHANDIQLAR TO’QIMASINING KLINIK-MOR- FOLOGIK O’ZGARISHLARI

Tadqiqot maqsadi. 635 nm va 400 nm uzunlikdagi lazerlar ta'sirida chandiq to'qimasidagi
morfologik o'zgarishlarni baholash, shuningdek, yaralar tuzilishini yaxshilash va ularning tezroq ti-
klanishini ta'minlash.
Materiallar va uslublar. Ilmiy nashrlar va klinik tadqiqotlar tahlil qilinib, 635 va 400 nm uz-
unlikdagi lazerlar yordamida gipertrofik, kelioid va atrofik yaralarni davolash bo'yicha ma'lumotlar,
shuningdek, gistoskopik va ultratovushli tekshiruvlar natijalari ko'rib chiqiladi.
Olingan natijalar. 635 nm uzunlikdagi lazerlar fibroblastlarni faollashtiradi, kollagen sintezini
yaxshilaydi, bu esa yara to'qimasining kuchini oshiradi. Ular mikrotsirkulyatsiyani yaxshilaydi, ja-
rayonlarning tez tiklanishini ta'minlaydi va yallig'lanishga qarshi ta'sir ko'rsatadi, shish va yallig'lan-
ishni kamaytiradi. 400 nm uzunlikdagi lazerlar antibakterial ta'sir ko'rsatadi, infektsiyalarni oldini
oladi. Ular to'qimalarning tuzilishini yaxshilaydi, kollagen sintezini rag'batlantiradi va yallig'lanishni
kamaytiradi, ayniqsa gipertrofik yaralarda samarali. 635 nm lazerlari yuqori teri qatlamlarini yaxshi-
laydi, yara to'qimasi elastikroq bo'ladi va kamroq ko'rinadi. 400 nm lazerlari terining chuqur qatlam-
lariga ta'sir qilib, strukturasini yaxshilaydi va qalinligini kamaytiradi.
Xulosa. 635 va 400 nm uzunlikdagi lazerlar turli chandiq to'qimalarini davolashda samarali
vositadir. 635 nm lazerlar yara to'qimasini tiklash jarayonini tezlashtiradi, uning kuchini oshiradi, 400
nm lazerlar esa yallig'lanishni kamaytirib, yara tuzilishini yaxshilaydi, ayniqsa kelioid va gipertrofik
yaralar bo'yicha samarali.
