SPLENEKTOMIYADAN KEYINGI UZOQ MUDDATDA KOMPENSATOR MEZENTERIK LIMFADENOPATIYANING MORFOLOGIK XUSUSIYATLARI
General information about the article
In the postsplenectomy period, a compensatory enlargement of the lymph nodes of the mesentery of the small intestine was observed, mainly in the cortex. After organ-preserving and organ-substituting surgeries, it was established that the lymphoid apparatus of the mesentery of the small intestine participates in the compensatory process. The lymph nodes of the mesentery of the small intestine not only retain functional activity, but also increase the proliferation of lymphoid tissue in them.
